The Washington State Attorney General's Office has set up an email, 911outage@atg.wa.gov, for Washingtonians to share their stories.

The 911 outage lasted more than 12 hours between December 27 and 28.

The Attorney General wants to know if you called for help during this outage and were met with a busy signal. If so, please share your story with his office.
